How can I transfer properity (and layouts) from my zaby to my world??

They should already be there, if you're buying a showroom property - the only ones that would show up in your world drop down menu- then just look at the layouts tab, what ever layouts you have saved over on your zabies should be there in the matching showroom zaby property.
