I have a Basic Vacant Club max capacity is 25 people. How do I increase it to like lets say 100? Look forward to input on this question.

Path: MyHome/Properties/BasicVacantClub/Manage/Rules/PopCapOveride/SoftHard change both from 25 to 100.
