Does anyone happen to know how i can create lights that will all flash or move to the beat of the music playing in a club?

I do experiment with that since 2 years meanwhile.

You can come close to it with quite a lot effort, but you will never have it 100% beat synchron without routing Visual Effects + Audio through the same player/app. There is no way to create an active interaction between 2 different scripts within the Utherverse Client.
This makes it impossible to synchronize 2 different streams on separate apps for every visitor in your property. (~100 ms delay are already enough to break the immersion of beat synchron effects)
The reason are the slightly different delays on streams for every individual visitor.

As simple analogy to the situation you can try to synchronize your glowie dance moves with your neighbor. It will work, but because the different delays it will most likely shift out of sync every few seconds/minutes.
Another example is when you watching an typical RLC wedding and amuse yourself while the couple tries to walk down the catwalk together in a line. The delay effect here is cumulative as 2 person watching each other and try to adjust their walking accordingly.
