Heyas Laz,

I'd assume of that he meant the "Quote box" on the profile page, beside the main picture. But that's just a wild guess, a shot into the blue sky.

I don't think that pictures can be put in there, since the amount of characters in that box is limited and every HTML code to post a picture on a HTML page will be too long, will have too many characters.

But again, that are all personal assumptions, which might be wrong.

You need to use a picture host with a very short html pic code,

because there is a limit on number of characters when we use that section!

(make the pic name tiny, too, maybe one character, long)

I prefer postimage or imgur, these have short html codes!

I used postimage for my siggy there:

I thing the limit is somewhere around 64 characters

in the "quote" tab at Personality Profile page.
