Hello Utherverse!

Its a very exciting time here at Uther 3d! As we mentioned to you a few weeks ago, we were aiming for May 1st as our release date to get you back the features you crave!

That time is upon us! Sometime between now and midnight this evening, our site, Uther3D.com will be going live. When it does, you will have back the Fashion Catalog, Prop Catalog, Property Showcase Catalog, and most importantly to many of you, the Advanced Avatar Editor.

The FASHION CATALOG goes above and beyond the in-game catalog. Our Fashion catalog allows you to sell and/or purchase items that contain non-standard meshes, or non-standard mesh slots. There are far fewer restrictions on our Uther3D system than on the current Utherverse Clothing System.

Our PROP CATALOG will allow you to browse and purchase custom prop textures for use in your Utherverse virtual properties. The prop catalog offers an automated purchase system for props that is not currently available within the Utherverse website.

The PROPERTY CATALOG is an online showcase of properties available for sale within the Verse. All properties are listed with multiple images, decorator contact info, and a link to tour the property in 3D - take a full in-depth tour to help you make your purchase decision.

And lastly, our ADVANCED AVATAR EDITOR. The AAE is super useful tool that can be utilized to move items to other layers, slots, etc. Want your makeup on tattoo layer? Perhaps you need to reassign your wings to the glasses slot in order to wear longer hair? The Advanced Avatar Editor makes it as simple as clicking a button or two.


Our tech team has worked long and hard in the past few weeks to bring everything back to working order. While you will see all these features back online within a matter of hours, any previously purchased clothing from the old site, or clothing that you purchase in the next few days from the U3D site, will still appear white in world for the next few days. The changes needed to correct that issue are very simple, and are in the works, but will need to be made during business hours at some point in the coming week. We will update you here as that gets rectified. But all your UVC clothing will be accessible using the advanced editor.

Hrm, important information! Lemme think....

Well, like we said before. All is working again, except for clothing purchased on UVD or U3D. Those will show up in world as white for now. That should be fixed shortly. We are very sorry we could not get that back up on time, but we felt we should release on schedule anyways, so everyone could start enjoying the things that were ready.

The Subscription is now only for the Advanced Avatar Editor. That is where you move your textures around and pick new meshes. The cost of that has been dropped to 20 Rays per month.
ETA: The subscription carryovers are automatic. If you had rays left in your UVD account when it went dark, we will be automatically giving you subscriptions up to a year, equal to the amount of rays you lost.

When UVD went to a site-wide subscription, they ceased all other charges. So we have returned most of them, and altered some to be more reasonable. The fees are as follows:

Clothing Texture Upload: 1 Ray each
Clothing Sales: 10% off your price, not added on like it used to be.
Prop Texture Upload: 1 Ray each
Prop sales: 10% off your price.
Property listings: 15 Rays per listing. This is not a monthly charge, but a one time listing fee.


A lot of things have been moved around to make the site a bit more organized. If you have problems finding anything, let me know. And please, report any bugs you see either here, to my profile, or to Uther3D@gmail.com

I figured that needed to be highlighted and be visible from the rest of that message. I know that was a very important concern for many people.

Im not sure the passive-aggressive approach is appreciated by anyone in this situation. You made your jealousy, and hatred completely clear in the last thread, and it certainly wasnt necessary here. But you just couldnt move past without offering yet another rant.

This project was not completed to get congrats from anyone, or wishes of luck, or your wishes of the opposite of luck. Many do it and of course thats appreciated. Its a business venture that will hopefully yield a profit, with the community getting what they have vocally said they need.

I think the 40+ people who have already visited the new site in the past 4+ hours already show us the business potential, and the community need - without someone from the outside needing to explain it.


Hopefully as we continue to add new features, and there will be some very surprising ones to come offered no where else in world, you wont feel the need to post this same kind of useless, off topic message in every thread. It honestly has become very predictable and old.


So why not let the community have a thread thats not turned into your personal crusade.

A good site thus far and am sending best wishes. However, I have found one glitch so far:

If you delete a photo in the gallery for an unlisted property you uploaded,

you cannot upload a replacement photo to relist the property as you need 4 minimum.

When you try to upload, the icon spins and spins and nothing happens no matter you do.

As such, the property is question cannot be listed.

You know already that I can't give you a technical answer, but we can have this looked at.

Thanks so much for the bug report.

And with the things we have to come for layout sales, this area needs to be 100%!
