Hi all -- I'm sure you'll get a laugh out of these newbie questions... I used to be in VZones for a very long time, quite a while ago, and I'm only used to a 2D world. In VZones we had pockets we could carry items in, including bags the we could put quite a few things in, that we could also put in our pockets. This meant we could carry quite a bit on our avatars.

I was wondering if I buy something, or care to keep something with me, if that is possible in RLC.

Also, I could use some help with getting a zaby (I'm a VIP member; who just joined this world yesterday), and I am looking to find a decorator who would be willing to work with me to make a "French Country" type home.

I was also wondering if there is a map online of RLC.

I have a ton of other questions, but I'll just start with these... In my next post I may need to ask for tips with clothing and appearance, but that can wait for another day.

Sorry to ask so many questions, but I feel a little lost right now. So far, however, I feel this just might be the place to set up my new virtual home. I look forward to meeting many new people and having a great new experience!

Hello and welcome HeavensMystery to RLC. Let me take your questions one at a time lol.
Pockets. We don't have pockets here, we cant pick anything up and carry it with us permanently.
Zabys There are quite a few decorators in here that have zabys for sale Personally I would recommend Exquisite Designs, if you don't find what you are looking for there try some of the others I'm not sure if there is a listing of decorators that have zabys for sale or not nor do I know all of them. I would suggest looking in the main directory somebody else may direct you to others so look for them and ask in world as well.
Sorry no map of RLC just the directory under the explore button. There is a lot to see and do here so explore to your hearts content.
As for clothing and appearance you can buy clothing just use the clothing tab in the upper right hand of your social center it will be in the red or yellow section, the tab that is marked clothing is for clothes that you have already bought and this is where you go to apply them. For physical feature changes use the icon in the upper right when in world it is a picture of a shirt that will take you into your closet where you can change clothes and appearance.

Feel free to ask as many questions as you want some of us will answer all of them or look us up and find us in world and we can help you.

to smoke just type into the chatbox(and I think I'm doing this correctly as I don't smoke in RL or in here lol)/smoke and to quit smoking or to let go of anything that you picked up /drop

For the zabys you can try victorG he also sells zabys theres a lot of them out there I just don't know them all nor can I remember all the ones that I do know lol.
