Hello

Could someone please tell me if there is a way to find out whether the basic member about to be upgraded has either been a VIP at least once before, or that he/she has yet to submit to age verification?

Once you right click on the basic member to buy them a VIP gift the system will tell you if they haven't VIP'd before OR it will take you directly to the payment page.
