Hi, basically there is a skin I would like but I'd like to change the colour of the eyebrows and pubic hair. I asked the designer but they haven't replied to my two messages, so I was wondering if I could make the changes myself.

no... and, yes.... there is no way in world to make the changes... but if you get a map of the skin, you can change it in a photo editor and upload it to the uvc catalog. Either way you are going to have to get the designer to do the change or allow you to do the change.

While you can not make changes to there skin files, you can over paint there textures using another layer.

either Head Tattoo
Head Sex Clothing
Head Clothing

Though these layers my already be used depending on your outfits etc
