The only way I know of to do this is with CSS style. It does not actually remove it, it just makes it invisible. If they strip the style sheet (easily done with a browser plug in) they will still see it.
You can try copying and pasting the below style code into your profile about me section.
Code:
<style type="text/css">
html { background: transparent !important; }
#MSCodesFixer div tr:nth-child(1) td:nth-child(1) div:nth-child(3) img { display:none !important;}
#ctl00_oCPH1_trMemberStats { display: none !important;}
#ctl00_oCPH1_lblLastLogin , #ctl00_oCPH1_lblBasicSince, #ctl00_oCPH1_lblSCLastLogin, #ctl00_oCPH1_trMemberStats b { display: none !important;}
#ctl00_oCPH1_imgPicture { padding:2px !important; border:4px ridge #990000 !important; background-color:#000000 !important;}
.MPFooterCopy { visibility:hidden !important;}
div:nth-child(4) .menu2 {display: none !important;}
#ctl00_oCPH1_tbDetailsSection td:nth-child(2) div:nth-child(2) td img { max-width:700px; width:expression(width > 700 ? 700:true); }
table#ctl00_oCPH1_tblPComments img { max-width:700px; width:expression(width > 700 ? 700:true); }
</style>
Edit to add: They really should have made that an option in the security section. My opinion.
"To announce that there must be no criticism of the president and to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonous to the American public."
