Usually any emote like that (/tan, /sit, /sleep, etc...) you just type the command again to "cancel" it.

The "sleep" position is not achieved by itself,

you need first to start a "Hula Hoop" action and then type /sleep .

If you want to cancel it, you can click again on the "Hula Hoop"

icon in action bar, (if you have it already assigned in a numbered box)

or the "STOP" button on the side menu

You can also click, instead of the icon in the quick bar,

the Numeric button on your keyboard that is assigned for the action!

(for Hula Hoop, is the number 8, in my setup,

as it shows on 2nd pic)
