I was wondering how do u cancel your vip membership so that it doesn't automatic take it out of your card???

oops, guess I should have read that more closely... If you are using CCBill. Go Here... https://www.ccbill.com/ Click on the consumer button and follow the instructions. I'm not sure about other recurring payment methods, since I use CCBill.

No need to go to CCBill. If you would like Utherverse Support to cancel your VIP subscription, please email your request to support@utherverse.com Please make sure to email your request from the email address registered to your account. An email will be sent back to you to notify that your request has been processed. Once the VIP is cancelkled, it will continue to run to the expiration date and you must renew it manually at that time.

The way I read that, she wants to cancel the recurring payments without canceling her vip. For that you go to the ccbill website. At least thats how I successfully did it.
