Hi this is the first time I have ever gone on her since i started but since i can get help from the UE I need to just ask a question. I put up an invite for an event, our wedding which is tomorrow. They keep telling me that my fiance has to approve the venue. Where does she approve this? Thanks for anyone that has the time to answer me. Have a great weekend!!!

Whoever owns the venue must approve it thru an email that is sent to the owner from the events team. The owner needs to check the registered email addy on file or contact events@utherverse.com

Well there has never been an email sent to her. She sent one out to them. Just would of been nice if things are explained a little clearer. Thanks for taking the time to answer me. Smile

The reason for that could be that she changed her email at some point in time and never bothered to inform customer service of the change and have it registered so it went to the old email addy. Or it went to junk mail if she does not have Utherverse listed in her friends exceptions of her email client. You are welcome.
