lol try being a VIP, we now go in as Basic. Except a lot of us stopped going in now. Just have to remember that when they want test results in Curio.
NOTE: My nick and image are from a company. That company allows people to use them both as long as they get permission and a licence. I have that and a certificate to prove it.

sorry if i say it to u but UTHERVERSE QA is not be there to do deco or creat layouts. QA is like it called a test area.

QA is death now because Curio alpha do exist and Curio Alpha is the new Utherverse QA.

I'm not new user in QA I have istal softwear in my computer for help utherverse

this softwear test connection with server and creat a read me to send at support by Email

I'm not in QA just for not pay ! I'm UVIP !

I have alway respect QA sistem and making good feld back like a professional I'm

Brian have no brain to take this peoples in her team !

the Comercial Manager is stupid girl !

I hope Utherverse will fall like they have do in my QA job's

I pay rent to this area's ( I pay I have some right and not only to take one my tongue ) and will complint to this at world ops ( if it's free I cannot complint )

in the past all area is free in QA !

Utherverse have change it ! ( it's not my choice ! )


I pay in QA I have right in QA !

now if utherverse make catastrophic patch in production I PROMISE I will complint to World Operation and clam to get a way programer to utherverse and money back to me ! ! ! ( and not only some ray's or VIP's month )




Rays = Real Money !

Money = comercial rules

call this a breach of contract in business language

breach of contract = financial penalty

You know what QA means?
Quality Assurance.
It's there for this and this only.
It's not there for building stuff... it's technically just the sandbox for new patches.
But with Curio coming QA is going to be useless. So, I'm sorry to say this, but no one will give you your 2.30 rays back. If you would've built that in the main game, it would be transferred to Curio in some months, but not something you built in a place, where everyone was VIP without paying... because, I say it again, you played in a sandbox.

Read the QA Terms of Services again, if you still wanna continue to complain about your case.

As has been mentioned, QA is meant for testing. As such, anything you do in there is subject to being broken at any time. The only reason the rents are so low over there is to allow for more testing, not to serve as a cheap alternative to the production servers. So while the problems may resolve themselves in time, or may not, unless you are working in the production client there are no protections if something is broken.

You can complain all you want. It's not going to make a difference.

As SweetGuy said, QA is for testing purposes only. Anything you build in QA is subject to removal or problems at any time. In the past, QA content would get purged from time to time, so you would have lost everything anyway. That is the nature of QA. Nothing created on QA would ever get transferred to Production or to the new client. Everything done on QA is considered temporary. If it is lost, so be it. Accept it as part of how QA operates, and move on.

Looks like a very nice room you were building. It's a real shame they ruined it for you. This is exactly what you should be thinking about when you plan anything here. When they start building new clients, it takes years and years to make them stable, and they loose a lot in the process. I would not even be VIP now, if people didn't send me the upgrade as easily as they do.
